CG Appointment...

Well here we are, finally decided to go and inspect CG display homes and see how we feel about the builder, we both already get a great vibe about them, which is reassuring. Construction time is 4-6 months, which is much better than 18 months with NBG. Quality craftsmanship and materials are used which makes a huge difference.

This is the plan we are currently looking at building, adjusting the study and making it Bed5, extending out level with the porch area.



Any thoughts???

It's only 26sqrs living, 5bdrms, 2bthrms, large kitchen, laundry and alfresco (and let's face it the kitchen and laundry is where I spend most of my day), 2 living areas, seems to be exactly what we want, although a little bit pricey, but will see how we go with them this weekend when we go to speak with them.
