Mind Change.

Hi all,

We are currently waiting for the estimation to come back from NBG and are actually still looking at another builder also.

NBG are taking so long and it's ALREADY becoming awfully frustrating.

We have found another builder that has a great reputation and both J and I get a great feel from them and look like we could have construction commencing with this new builder within 6 weeks if we get things moving now. Their turnover time for council permits, contracts etc etc is really great, with a guarantee we will be well and truely settled in by christmas.

We also found a great plan with them that we LOVE.

Time to talk to the bank...

Will be back to update the outcome asap.

Geez this is a trying time.

Waiting for the estimator to do his thing and get our quote done is very nerve racking, I can't stand it. Arrrrggghhhhh.

Waiting, waiting, waiting...

What to do now?

We have submitted what they call, our "Wish list" and waiting for the estimator to do his thing and get it back to us with our quote, although we have been told this could take 2-4wks ....eeeekkkkk What am I going to do in the mean time???

There is nothing....

Here's hoping they will get the soil test done asap so we can get the quote back and go from there.
